Starting from Material 3, I designed a tokenised system and ~100 custom components specific to this product ecosystem across calling, CRM, and WhatsApp surfaces, where every action needs rich context. The system was built to cram high‑value information into a small viewport without overwhelming users who are often in a hurry and only scanning. The design system enforced consistency, clarified visual hierarchy for quick decisions, and enabled design and engineering to deliver new core features 2.5× faster.

App intro sequence for Cacti, an on-device AI photo vault that finds intimate photos and locks them away
I imagined and designed Cacti as a playful desert world where an intelligent cactus-like system detects intimate photos and securely moves them into a private, user-only vault. To keep the topic soft and artful, I represented these photos as classic paintings to make a sensitive product feel approachable, clever, and reassuring.
